At Swaven Home Services, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch, reliable home services. This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • Customers may cancel a service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

  • If Swaven needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer the following options:
    • Reschedule the service at a convenient time, or
    • Receive a full refund of any advance payment.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your service booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any additional charges.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of 10% of the service cost.

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • A cancellation request was made in compliance with the terms outlined above.
  • The customer has reported a valid issue with the service within 48 hours of completion.

3.2 Partial Refunds

  • For partially completed services, refunds may be processed for the incomplete portion of the work, as determined by Swaven’s management.

3.3 Refund Process

  • All refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The service was delivered as per the agreed scope and completed to industry standards.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Issues arising due to factors beyond Swaven’s control, such as restricted access to the property, unsafe working conditions, or lack of required materials provided by the customer.
